Chantilly, Virginia – Nokia Federal Solutions today announced the appointment of Scott Edwards as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Edwards will lead financial strategy, planning, and operations to support the company’s growth and long-term value creation.
Edwards brings more than 20 years of senior financial leadership experience in the defense and aerospace industry. Prior to joining Nokia Federal, he served as Division CFO and Senior Director at Northrop Grumman, where he oversaw a $2–$3 billion portfolio delivering weapons command and control, modernization, and integration capabilities for domestic and international customers. He also held leadership positions in digital transformation finance, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise services, and directed the $327 million divestiture of mission-critical business units.

Edwards is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from James Madison University and an Accounting Certificate from George Mason University.
